Building a Healthy Future Through Nutrients Supplements:
Strengthening our Rural Areas in India with Awareness, Access, and Action for better Nutrition & Well-being
In many rural villages, after a son gets married and moves away with his wife and children, the elderly parents — often aged between 70 and 80 — are left alone at home. They live by themselves, managing whatever little they have.

When they fall sick, there is no one to take them to a doctor or provide medicines. Without financial support from their families, Proper Treatment and Healthcare Become Almost Impossible. As a result, many elderly villagers suffer silently, without access to basic medical help or care.
Recognizing this painful reality, Gramonnati Seva Pratishthan has launched a heartfelt program called “Mayechi Shidori-Tiffin Seva.”
This initiative is dedicated to helping Poor, Helpless, and Abandoned Elderly People who have no one to care for them.
Through Mayechi Shidori, our organization ensures that essential medicines, food, healthcare, and emotional support reach these neglected elders in rural areas. Even a single visit can make a huge difference in their lives — providing them with comfort, dignity, and the care they truly deserve.

Tackling the Nutrition Challenge in Rural Areas in India :
Across Rural Areas in India, malnutrition continues to affect children, women, and vulnerable families.
Irregular food access, lack of dietary diversity, and limited nutrition awareness lead to stunting, anemia, and preventable illnesses.
Team GSP, we address these challenges head-on through community-centered nutrition programs that combine education, empowerment, and practical solutions. By blending local wisdom with modern nutrition science, we help communities make healthy living a way of life — not a privilege.
Our Core Nutrition Interventions:
We approach nutrition holistically — linking food, health, and livelihoods to create lasting change.

1. Nutritious Tiffin Service for Rural Communities:
Team Gramonnati Seva Pratishthan, We believe that no one should go hungry — especially those working hard to build a better life. Through our Lunch and Dinner Tiffin Service, we provide Fresh & Nutritious meals to individuals and families in rural areas across India.
Our initiative focuses on supporting:
- Elderly and single individuals who struggle to cook for themselves
- Daily wage earners and farmers who need wholesome meals during long working hours
- Underprivileged families who lack access to regular, balanced food
Each tiffin is prepared hygienically using locally sourced ingredients, ensuring both health and taste. Our goal is to Promote Food Security, Dignity, and Well-Being while generating local employment opportunities through community kitchens and women’s self-help groups.
This program not only fills stomachs — it nurtures hope, health, and self-reliance in rural India.
